1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how CREATION BLUE handles information within the finished Android application. CREATION BLUE LLC is the legal company identity for this policy.
2. Information Entered in Project Briefs
The app provides a project-brief form. The fields implemented in the app are:
- Name — required. Used to identify the person associated with the project brief.
- Email address — required. Used as contact information within the saved project brief.
- Phone number — optional. Used only when the user chooses to add a phone contact to the project brief.
- Company or project name — optional. Used to identify the business or project connected with the brief.
- Selected service — required. Used to record the creative service selected for the brief.
- Budget range — optional. Used to record the user's preferred project budget range.
- Preferred timeline — optional. Used to record the user's preferred project timeframe.
- Project summary — required. Used to describe the requested project.
- Optional notes — optional. Used for any additional project details the user chooses to enter.
The application does not request card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, PINs, online-banking passwords, identity documents, or other raw payment credentials.
3. Storage and Transmission
Completed project briefs are stored on the user's device so the Projects screen can display brief history. The app uses Android SharedPreferences for this on-device storage.
This version does not implement a backend server, project-submission API, cloud database, or other remote project-submission system. Completing a project brief inside the app does not transmit the project-brief fields to CREATION BLUE LLC or to an external server.
4. Retention and Deletion
A completed project brief remains on the device until the user deletes that individual record, chooses the Clear project history control, clears the app's storage through Android settings, or uninstalls the application. Because no cloud storage is implemented for project briefs, the app does not retain deleted brief records in a CREATION BLUE cloud service.
5. Data Sharing
Project-brief information is not sold or shared with advertising networks or analytics providers by this version of the app. The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, Firebase, authentication, user accounts, remote configuration, or a cloud database.
6. Contact Actions and External Apps
The Contact Us screen can open the user's installed email application with info@creationblue.online as the destination. The email is sent only if the user chooses to send it from that external email application. The app does not send email silently in the background.
The Contact Us screen can also open the CREATION BLUE website in the user's browser when the user chooses that action. Once an external email application or browser is opened, that external application's own privacy practices may apply.
7. Permissions and Device Features
This version does not use location, camera, microphone, media-library access, payment systems, authentication, user accounts, advertising, analytics, or push notifications. It does not request unnecessary runtime permissions for those features.
8. Security
CREATION BLUE is designed to limit collection to the information required for the implemented project-brief experience. Information saved for brief history remains on the device unless the user chooses an external Contact Us action. No method of electronic storage can be described as completely secure, so users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in project notes.
9. Children's Privacy
The application is a business and creative-services tool and is not designed to request personal information specifically from children. If the app is used by a minor, a parent or guardian should supervise the information entered into project briefs.
10. User Choices
Users can choose whether to provide optional fields, delete individual saved project briefs, clear project history, clear application storage through Android settings, or uninstall the application. Users can also choose whether to open the external email or browser actions available in Contact Us.
11. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the application's features or data handling change. Any updated policy should reflect the functionality present in the current application version.
